The Egyptian Ministry of Transport, through its company, seeks to promote the concept of sustainable development for the country, aimingt o achieve a balance between social, economic, and environmental requirements. Additionally, the ministry is working on localizing the railway industries in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The company has collaborated with major international companies to invest in the manufacturing cf railway transport components by establishing a factory for concrete sleepers used in high-speed rail projects. This initiative utilizes the latest technologies available in the field, with the objectives of conserving hard currency, transferring expertise to Egyptian labor, and exporting surplus products internationally.
